Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If we receive your request within 90 minutes of submitting your order, we may be able to cancel or edit the order. After that point, your order cannot be canceled or edited.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped from our distribution center within 2 business days, and usually arrive 3-5 business days later. Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that contains the tracking information for your package. Please note that estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
What is your return policy for Away Reclaimed items?
We hope you love your Away Reclaimed purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving it. Returns for Away Reclaimed merchandise are not accepted in our stores at this time. To get started, please visit our Reclaimed returns portal and have your order ID ready.
