How do Away Reclaimed products differ from Away products?
Away Reclaimed products are fully functional Away products that may have slight cosmetic flaws.
How does condition grading work?
There are 3 condition levels—Excellent, Great, and Good. We evaluate each item based on over a dozen different factors.
Are Away Reclaimed products cleaned before being sold?
Our team inspects every item by hand to make sure they are in travel-ready condition, surfaces and interiors are cleaned and refreshed for the road ahead.
Do Away Reclaimed products come with a warranty?
At this time, Away Reclaimed products are not eligible for LifetimeCare Coverage, however, if you have a repairable issue, we will help facilitate that repair. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order free of charge within 7 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns outside of this window.
Can I get notified when a specific size or color is available?
Each Away Reclaimed item is unique, and our inventory comes and goes quickly. You can select the “Notify Me” button on any item page to be emailed a notification when the size and color you're looking for becomes available.
What is your return policy for Away Reclaimed items?
We hope you love your Away Reclaimed purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving it. Returns for Away Reclaimed merchandise are not accepted in our stores at this time. To get started, please visit our Reclaimed returns portal and have your order ID ready.
